TNCorp has learned that GUNTER is misrepresenting
Tetlin Native Corporation for the purpose
of a lawsuit he has personally filed against
various agents of the Manh Choh mining project.

TNCorp has taken NO LEGAL ACTION against the Manh Choh
or agents affiliated with the mining project.
